Highlights of our trip USAir uneventful and almost on time from Harrisburg to Charlotte to SXM. Peg Leg Pub - A little disappointing this time although we went on Boxing Day (12/26/05)and they had just opened after being closed for a while. No Garlic request ignored and Swordfish not real fresh. Antoines- 1st time great, week later service poor (new server?) Food very good Turtle PierLobster nite, no 1lb. as advertised but good lobster and service a little off but may have had fewer servers because of the holidays Chesterfieldsclosed several nites but when we ate there the lobster was the best we had. Orient Beach more crowded than ever before. Ram's is closed so Le Grande Marche was almost always crowded. Better selection than ever. More people on the island than ever so traffic is worse than ever. Midges - topic of the day on the Dutch side, mosquito look but no bite. A real nuisance, started at Pond Fill and soon were swarming entire Dutch side. Weather almost perfect except super storm one nite during our 3rd week. Streets flooded, heavy winds etc. Trip home USAir SXM to Phila to Harrisburg late (over an hour) but ok.
