So folks, go be Guests! But the question is..: is it a public bar? or is it a "private bar".... It does stand on a resort private property though, and even if it is a "public" bar, he may not have any easement allowing its guest to walk through a private property.. that can be VERY tricky!.. so do not assume anything (or believe what you hear or being told) before knowing really what's on the lease. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/handshake.gif" alt="" />
