I have used this recipe successfully many times. Thank you. Caribcrew said: My husband makes the best I've ever had the privilege to drink and I must say I've drank my share <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/drinking.gif" alt="" />
Ingredients: lime, raw brown sugar, mint, Cuban rum if you can obtain it otherwise our favorite for a mojito is Monte Cristo Rum and club soda
Slice lime into small wedges about 8 - take 3 of those wedges and approximately 5-6 mint leaves and 2 teaspoons brown sugar muddle together very well
Fill glass with crushed ice add rum 1.5 - 2 oz top with club soda small wedge of lime squeezed into glass stir and enjoy... He says you can adjust rum and sugar to taste. Enjoy!
