I am certainly not an expert, but from my brief experience in London, pub food was mediocre and only there to give you something to eat with the excellent cask ales! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/drinking.gif" alt="" /> The Italian and French restaurants had the monopoly on good food! <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" />
