To clarify things: according to Nicole, she and Ed have NOT sold El Zafiro. In her words, "No El Zafiro was not sold nor under new ownership. We teamed up with Bert to better provide more of a rapid response to all of the requests that we have been getting. It will be the same concept as before; peace of mind and tranquility.
