Speedy's ferry runs a special every day, leaving Roadtown at 9 AM. Includes taxi to the Bath's and lunch. Not sure if this avoids crowds, though. We did this years ago and it was perfect since we were total newbies at the time. Back then it didn't include the lunch. Speedy's Specials
