That is a bit more work, but I will post the recipe at some point but do not have it at my office. It is a bit different than regular store bought tonic, it is not clear and it has more flavor. Paired up with a Gin like Ransom and you have a very full flavored cocktail. Using the typical Gins that most use and it is still more flavorful than using store bought, not for everyone but I like it.
Next I am working on improving my Daiquirí recipe, which will be traditional including being hand shaken. Cheers, T
