In my limited experience its been tough to find a twin prop charter plane for more than 8 or 9 people. Once you get to twelve I have found that you get to jets and that is hugely more expensive (and not worth it imho). If you are looking for 4-8 I can recommend http://charterflightscaribbean.com out of PR. Very responsive and at the more reasonable end of the offerings on the market.
