It sounds like they may get some relief on the rent. One thing which I learned from that is that there are apparently bathrooms in each restaurant, which I did not know before. They definitely do need to address the roofing situation, also, as those 'sails' are not going to cut it. As I said at one point, if it is windy at all or rainy, the outside areas will be totally unusable. They need REAL roofs, that the proprietors can attach wind and rain shields to.
