On week-ends at the cottage we always place the bacon on a cast iron grill and cook it on the barbeque. it is delicious and cooks as crisp as you would like it. Then we drain most of the grease off and fry the eggs on the same grill. At home, I usually cook the bacon on a flat electric grill or use a frying pan. Leftovers keep well in the fridge and can be reheated in the microwave for a minute or so.
