This is true, Kim. But what is also true, is that the music from La Bamba now goes on until 2-3:00 am, and disturbs the sleep of residents and tourists who live/stay in the area. The government was supposedly going to enforce noise violations, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Fortunately for me, I live in Cupecoy, and am not disturbed by this; however, I have a girlfriend who lives at SBYC and has to close her hurricane shutters, and sleep with earphones in order to mute the noise. Another friend at Simpson Bay Villas has been complaining, as well.
