A friend brought this over last night for dessert... This is really light, tasty and low calorie & sugar free... Really tasty...
[color:"blue"]Pumpkin Mousse[/color]
[color:"blue"]INGREDIENTS:[/color] 1 cup COLD 1% Milk 1 16 oz. can pumpkin 2 pkgs Jell-O instant vanilla pudding (fat free, sugar free) 1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 2 cups, thawed, fat free/sugar free cool whip
[color:"blue"]DIRECTIONS:[/color] Pour milk in large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spice. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute until well blended. (mix will be thick). Imediately fold in the cool whip. Spoon into four dessert glasses. Refigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
