Agree completely that this is a Caribbean-wide issue, and needs to be addressed with a Caribbean-wide solution. But just lobbying isn't going to accomplish anything. Some sort of a quasi-governmental, regional organization needs to be formed that can address real issues, and make real changes. The airlines need to have significant, financial incentives before they are going to make changes. (And, no, I am not talking about tax breaks and giveaways, though taxation issues might be one thing to look at.)
