Called VGCR yesterday to inquire about a rental. Spoke with someone who told us they would call back. I realize they are a TTOL sponsor but so far not impressed with their customer service......no one has called us back. Business must be good or they don't care about their customers.

It looks like you can book a car online. Not sure why you need a call back.

I booked a reservation with VGCR for mid-Jan/2017. I did call to follow-up and verify they had it documented, and they did. "No worries Mon!" was literally what he told me. I will give a trip report when I return for future edification. We shall see...
