Put Philipsburg Port SX in the search box,then click on Show on Map (towards the left, underneath the blue bar reading Port of Philipsburg). You'll see a depiction of all of the ships in port which are using an active AIS transponder. You can zoom in and out, and hover your mouse over any ship depiction to get the name.
