garlic shrimp, serves 2 1 lb large shrimp, shelled and deveined 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic, chopped combine all ingredients. let sit for 15mins, uncovered and unrefrigerated. heat approx 5tbsp vegetable oil on high heat in a large frying pan/wok. add the shrimp and marinade and stir fry for 3 mins, until plump. i served this with the recipe posted for lidos rice and beans on the side. delicious!
