A friend of mine made this, and it is excellent!~
GREAT in French Toast Batter!

one 750Ml bottle good Bourbon
6 Mexican Vanilla Beans, split
1 tbsp. white sugar

add split vanilla beans & sugar to the bourbon.
(remove a shot or two from the bottle if necessary to fit beans & sugar)
Let sit in a cool/dark place for 6-8 months, turning the bottle every month or so.

Remove from the bottle... BUT I wouldn't pour them down the drain... <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />
