We have a friend coming to stay with us for a few days while we're in SXM. She found this Tour. I've not heard of it. Have any of you? Supposedly it leaves from Simpson Bay, lasts 6 hours and goes around the island.

I have used viator for tours in Asia. It is a separate entity that resells spots on tours and shuttles.
My recommendation is find the actual tour and go from there. No need to involve another agent on something so simple.

I believe that Tintamarre is the main place where people swim with turtles. Captain Bob Cass, with Souliga Tours, is one of the best at that excursion.

Agree. If you know of tour operator, deal direct.
On the other hand, I have used Viator in several unfamiliar cities around the globe when wanting to book something with zero problems.

Captain Neil and the Celine Too is another great option. Went with him last July and literally had my hand on the back of the turtle while swimming with it. A fantastic experience.
