We seldom eat dessert, but last June we had dinner at Sugar Mill and had the best green apple ice cream. Does anyone have a receipe for this? Or know where I can get one.

We are bringing our kids down next June for a week. And as a warm up to the vacation we wanted to treat them to a meal during the Thanksgiving holidays that feature some island foods. Starting with painkillers, ceviche and some grilled fish. Any other ideas?

Thank you. It was the some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Not too sweet.

Wow, and the idea to top it with caramel, for people with more of a sweet tooth, the best of both worlds!
