We are arriving for a nine day trip on Virgin Gorda in less than two weeks. Our group will be land based and are staying on South Sound. Has anyone noticed Sargassum Seaweed this year? I've seen a few reports, but wondering if it is as bad as 2015. Also wondering if the smell is noticeable this year. No seaweed will ever get in our way, but the smell is something I need to prepare for <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Grin.gif" alt="" />

3 weeks ago, some seaweed was arriving in South Sound, but not as much as 1 year ago. I noticed the seabirds eating the creatures in the seaweed. No smell as the amount was small.
