Cane Garden bay is a very nice stop with a good choice of restaurants. If it happens to be a day when a cruise ship is in the cruise people are usually only there for a few hours mid day. I would recommend you fit it in between Jost and Norman.

Since you are traveling in July, I would recommend CGB as a good stop. As others have mentioned, lots of great restaurants and beach bars to enjoy. Looking at your itinerary, it does not look like you'll hit a cruise ship so you'll have the place to yourselves. Cruise ship schedule here. Just a suggestion, I would do CGB after Jost and leave Norman for your last night. You could also switch the order of Jost and CGB if you wanted to shorten your sails for any reason.
