Good afternoon everybody. I have a question regarding chartering a boat from ownerstime. 8 of us plus a captain, so 9 of us, are looking at a 52 ft Lagoon, 6 cabin for next November. The price we were quoted sounds very good compared to other charter companies but, in talking to the very nice gal there today she tells me we can make 4 payments but none of it is refundable. We've chartered twice before ( not with them ) and didn't have that clause. Is this the norm?? Thanks for any input.
