So we just HAD to come to the BVI after SubBase, in St. Thomas told us they couldn't haul us last Thursday.
So, Friday night at the Elm, very cool. Utopia, Blue Bayou, Blue Moon, Promenade, and us and Greg Billings playing along with The Tree Men (well maybe The Tree Men playing along with Greg) He was GREAT! Loved his Mustang Sally. (Who knew that Capt.Jim from Blue Moon could dance like that....Fred Astaire eat your heart out)
Sat. at White Bay, Bushwackers at Seddy's, visiting charter boats (Blue Moon and Utopia and almost Blue Bayou). Sun. we headed to White Bay on Guana, while the other charter Capts. headed to the Willy T's. Monday a great night at Leverick with Michael Beans. A fun time on the dock with the 5 mega yachts and some charter guests attempting to "crash" their party. Tues. we met new TTOLers "MerSoleil" did laundry together and then off to Michael Beans show again. LuSea did a photo shoot with Beans.(saildoggie can you post that pic from FaceBook here?). Wed. Trellis Bay Full Moon Party. After dinner with MerSoleil we headed in to enjoy the "goings on". Thurs. Eric Stone at Marina Cay. And here we are at KeyCay with not another boat insight. WHAT A GREAT WEEK! Glad they couldn't haul us as planned. We had just too much fun. Here's to all the charter guests we met. Juicyfruit and his company, Utopia's guests, and to Walt & Ruth's guests we briefly met, and to our new friends Ken & Kathy of MerSoleil, you were all great fun!
Now THIS is what TTOL is really all about. Great friends and great times together.
