Because some people are wanting to go home to SXM and some want to leave, to possibly stay with relatives in Curacao, or go on to somewhere else until conditions are better in SXM?

Understood, but that would be just "flights in and out" I would think. Or daily flights. A one way in and a one way out to me isn't logically a "round trip". C'est la vie
