You should be fine by then Bath and turtle and a few other eating/drinking establishments are already up and running.

Go, spend some money, help the recovery. Indeed, Bath and Turtle is open, I heard Fischers Cove restaurant is open, Saucez right across from the harbor has limited service. Leverick restaurant is open. I know there are more that I am not listing. I'm sure by January there will be lots of places.
