This past Sunday, Jan. 7, House Hunter International show was on St. Maarten. I think the show was originally aired on Sept. 11, 2016. Couple bought a place in Yacht Club for $650,000. They showed three properites. One of them was on beach in Phillipsburg.. Three Story building -- beach front. Nice view. Wonder if it was damaged during IRMA. Everything looked so wonderful in that show.
Hope SXM comes back to same beauty and tourist. Can't wait to get back to SXM during 2018. Hopefully, we can find a place to stay.
