I didn't hear that specifically, but we have had some really cold spells (for here). Temps this morning were around 50, but it is sunny today.

It's all relative. We had 15 overnight - up to 34 now at noon. But then I watch the Super Bowl updates from Minnesota, now that's cold. But, they have an underground mall with coasters and a 7 story high zip line.
I'm going where the weather suits my clothes.
