When was this video taken? It looks worse than when we were there in March. We ate at La Villa and we heard Spiga & Piazza Pascal were open as well.

When we were there they were digging a trench up the main street. Didn't ask what it was for---maybe electricity?

French side is burying their electric etc cables. One reason they are slower to recover is the loss of all those poles.

Speaking of which, sort of, what's happening with street lights? My understanding is that, even fairly recently, most were still out?

Don't know about French side as we seldom go there at night. Dutch side more and more street lights every day, they are working very hard. Even the golf course and Maho are well lit!
