Actually, George, that has changed. $40 is included in the ticket now; you only pay at the window if you bought your ticket before the rule change. Rumor is that they used to feel the airlines/charter cos. were cheating them, so they started the window. Then one of the tax collectors felt the government salary was inadequate and dipped her hand in the till, so back to the ticket price including it!

We left Saturday. I flew Cape Air and other crew flew Air Borne and both of our taxes were included in our air ticket. HeHe. Air Borne.
