Yes you can both past security. I'm not sure exactly what the OP is inquiring about. Could be Duty Free, could be local consumption. Does that include both Duty Free for taking home, and for in-terminal consumption?

In the big tent (past security) I recall a Shipwreck shop. They lost so many of their stores in Irma, that it was good to see them there. I bought plenty of Regatta clothes for friends at home there. I am pretty sure there were other stores as well in the tent area, but I didn't partake in any of them.

Yes duty free to bring home ...cigs and some tequila... i dont trust the cigarettes from some stores, they are not made in USA and they are too harsh...btw i dont smoke, but i do enjoy a good tequila
