Is there a pizza delivery or other dinner option at Mooring's base other than their restaurant on our arrival night? Thinking something around 8pm.

Plenty of places near the base. Walk or a very short cab ride.
Cruising the local waters here in SC and GA. Love the BVIs and miss the Tradewinds!

Pizza at Virgin Queen Even better is their curried Goat IMHO

IMHO Capriccio opposite the ferry dock has Tortola's best pizza.
