I have no idea about the factory, but as a backup plan, Shipwreck Shops definitely carry Ma Dou Dou and they have a store downtown somewhere. It should be on your recommended shopping list from the cruise line, so that you would know where to find it easily.

They used to have a store on Old Street in P-burg near the end of the street on left. It only sold Ma Dou Dou items. I do not know if it survived the storm however,

Not sure about rebuilding, but I know most everything on Old Street was destroyed in the hurricane. Like I said earlier in the thread, Shipwreck Shop does carry some Ma Dou Dou though, so you can get it downtown.
