We will be down in early Nov 2018. Anyone have current recommendation for a night on STT before flying out? In particular interested in Emerald Beach Resort versus LIndbergh Bay Hotel & Villas.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Stayed at the Mafolie Hotel for the same purpose in March of 2017 before Irma and loved it. Their website says they are due to reopen in October: http://www.mafolie.com.

For just an overnight, being right on the beach at Emerald Resort is a nice relaxing place.
Lindbergh Bay hotel is a shuttle ride to the same beach instead of steps away.
Both hotels are a short walk to the airport, Emerald is slightly farther.
A taxi can easily take you to Frenchtown, Downtown or Crown Bay if you want to get off property.

We stayed at Lindbergh Bay in May this year. They were still in the process of many repairs. We knew that when booking, so it was what it was. At least the bar was open.
