I have tried to contact Alain at AAA repeatedly, with no response.....not even in spam folder. We have used them for years, and they have always answered our email quite quickly. I used the address in the sponsor page hoping it was the most recent. Has anyone contacted them, and could give em a working email address?

Same here. It took a day or so but he did get back to me via email and we booked a rental. Not sure yet if it's same process as before with regard to his location, i.e. if his main office/lot is up and running. He's dropping the car for us at Grand Case airport this trip by our request.
