Well, here we are back in this lovely freezing weather, had two hour delay from sxm, guess that they were deicing in Boston..now we are expecting a snow storm this afternoon[Linked Image].<br>I actually think I should just head back there as I left my glasses at a restaurant called LePetit Culdesac pizzeria !!..REALLY !<br>I will be back this afternoon with a full trip report..it was a wonderful vacation, the island is just as beautiful as you all have said, and also took your suggestions with the restaurants ( boyfriend was very impressed [Linked Image].<br>The Mont Vernon is a good value for the money, as others have said, it is in a beautiful location, we had a great view from our room..BUT...yes, the food most definetly leaves alot to be desired, we were told by a GWV rep that it has the best breakfast on the island..well, if that is true, then I would have hated to taste the others...they do seem to have this thing for watery eggs, and when I would ask for them to be cooked a little longer..they were very rude...who wants to take a chance on vacation getting sick from undercooked eggs !!<br>We did the $99, so we had three meals (buffets )were told that it would be ordering from the menu, and then the $100 credit for drinks..not worth it at all.<br>I would stay at the Mont Vernon again, but would not eat there..too many other good places on the island.<br><br>Thanks again for all of your helpful advice..will be back this afternoon with report...is it time to go back yet ?<br><br>Nana[Linked Image]
