Relax! Enjoy at least two NEW TO YOU beaches. Eat! Drink! Start planning another and longer trip?
In forty plus years of annual trips I’ve only experienced two less than wonderful meals on the island and one of those places was totally destroyed due to the wrath of Irma. I would strongly recommend you try Marks Place if you haven’t already or if you enjoy mussels in particular though all is good and reasonably priced for the huge portions served there.
Another great - in my opinion anyway - dining spot for lunches on the beach is Friars Bay Beach Club at Friars Bay between LaSavanne (Sp?) and Grand Case.
The new hot spot for partying seems to be the Hole in the Wall at Maho but the Dinghy Dock always gets good reviews. And Juggies Place, too. A serious favorite of ours is the Yacht Club at the bridge in Simpson Bay for breakfast, lunches or happy hour and yacht watching at the bridge opening times.
We particularly enjoy Bar Code at Cupecoy for light meals and drinks.

Aloha, I would echo Pat on Friars Bay Beach Club, I would say that is the best upper level place to spend a day on island. Beach is nice, food and service excellent.
Our other favorites this trip would be The Palms for dinner or lunch which is a regular spot for us, and Emilio's which was excellent for dinner. Enjoy, Todd
I prefer the Isle seat

Looking for ideas for good food / good music / fun things to do - only have a couple of days I am thinking Orient Beach is a must. Philipsburg is a must. Simpson Bay for evening food and music. Maybe check out Loterie Farms. 5? St. Barts day ferry trip...

And no one mentioned the parrot sanctuary - Parotte Ville. A unique experience and lots of fun. Pictures from Parotte Ville
