By appointment in thier spa on property or sometimes even on the beach. I have done both and both excellent.

There used to be a lady that worked out of Karakter. I think her name was Joan. Not sure if she is still there or not as I did not make a trip this year.

When I was at Karakter in November, there were two ladies doing massages. As I recall, there was a separate massage tent right next to the loungers.

Simpson Bay Resort has someone that does, at the end of the F building next to the small pool.
