Rich, the lists that were sent to me were charter company headed, except for Gonsales Liquors. You might be able to ask one of the charter companies who they use for provisioning and send the lists directly to them. Send me your email via PM and I'll forward them to you, if you're interested. If you're using Kishorn as a driver, he'll take you to the best places. Also, you can order ahead before you get there from the Gourmet Foods and pick it up on your way back to your boat. Depending on what time of year you're going, they might not have a lot of "stock on hand" as we found in June. We should have pre-ordered from them. If the market in Kingstown is going, it's a great place to get fresh fruit and vegetables, as is the one in Bequia if you're heading there from St. Vincent. It's also a great place to meet the locals and find out how to cook the various vegetables you'll find - they all love to share their recipes if you're interested!
