Thanks Fletch,
Have you stayed at these places?
I've seen these online but personal experiences help with the decision.

Chris: We stayed at Fond Doux in the Soufriere area. It is an old cocoa plantation next door to Ladera. Beautiful gardens, reconstructed cottages from the town, family run, full bar and restaurant. There is an incredible hike up Tete Paul with views for days. This is more of an eco-tourism destination, not a beach bar one. We had a great time and would go back in a heart beat. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Love.gif" alt="" />
