My BFF has her heart set of some excellent goose liver pate somewhere in Grand Case. Any ideas, experts? Thanks so much!

I'm not sure if it's important or not, but the OP asked for goose lliver and most places serve duck liver. Hmm, might call for a side-by-side taste test.

The best is at La Cigale.......they make it in a soup form, but have a few glasses of sauterne with it...........
