been beautiful weather so far. Spent most nights at Papagayo- food is quite good, then dance the night away. Well attended and loads of fun, though crowd was a bit light last night. Grilled steaks on the patio one night, all others at Papagayo.

Planning on grilling burgers and dogs tonite. Had lunch at Ethnic on Wednesday but haven't left the resort since. The staff is great. The stove ran out of gas halfway rthru the bacon this morning and they had the tank swapped out in 10 minutes so I could proceed with the MaDouDou/baguette French toast. Looks like it will ba a chalet day today, we could use a break from the sun but will still get a few dips in. Fortunately we are well stocked with food, beer, & music, and the wifi works fine.
