Hoping that someone can provide some help for me in finding reef and offshore fishing supplies in St Martin. I'm looking for offshore fishing lures, fishing line, simple hooks primarily - so just fishing tackle - no rods and reels. (I'm trying to set up handlines for an upcoming sail charter.) The charter is out of Ft Louis marina in Marigot so somewhere relatively close to that would be best as I won't have a car and would need to taxi or make a stop from airport to marina.

Several years ago and pre hurricanes I needed some similar supplies and went to a shop up in Marigot though no idea whether it still exists.

In some research it appears that Budget Marine near airport is possibly my best option - hard to tell from their website but I can see pictures that show a fishing tackle section.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, Budget Marine would be your best bet. They have tackle there.
