No. This was an A300 about 3 weeks ago. Plane starts right at the fence and liftoff looks like not more than 100 yards down runway. Go to "inflight video" facebook page to see video. Take off starts about 2' 40" into video.

It looks like an old video. I see traffic on road against airport and that road was moved when new airport was built.

I don't think it's that old, maybe 3-4 years ago tops... the last frame shows the causeway bridge. it's definitely pre Irma though. it's not the whole runway true, but, I think the angle of the shot makes it look shorter than it really is. optical illusion.

Yeah, it probably is old. Striped takeoff area is against fence. That was moved in about 200 feet a few years ago after people hanging on fence were injured
