I'm not seeing it either. It a low income subsidized housing unit with 64 residents. I highly doubt those poor people with damaged apartments are the crime wave post Irma.

I agree with Scubaman (OH the humanity!!! rofl The conditions these people are living in is a crime. And it definitely SHOULD be addressed, to increase their standard of living. I don't necessarily think it will reduce crime overall though.
