I've rented from them for years but now I'm trying to reach them with my flight plans and I can't get ahold of anyone. Stephanie's email doesn't work (email bounced back to me) and the 800 number is no longer in service. I went on their website to the "contact us" file but nothing showed up. Getting worried as we arrive Feb 1st.. Has anyone reached the office lately?
Honestly, it will cost maybe $2-$3 to make a call to SXM for that purpose, if you really want to use that company. Call them on their SXM number and ask them to give you a break on your rental because you couldn't contact them by email.
