In the past few days several airlines announced their revised cancellation policies and some of us wondered at the logic in allowing leniency with regard to newly booked tickets but no mention of the ticketed passengers who bought tickets before the coronavirus was brought to light. My most recent JB e-mail says those who purchased tickets early on and are due to travel by April 30 can change their tickets without penalty even if non-refundable. Or at least that’s how I interpreted it.
Respectfully,

I was able to cancel out JB reservations for out trip on 3/13, which I purchased last year, got full refund with no change fees. You can do it online for free, if you call JB there is a charge for them to do the cancellation.
