Hello everyone with everything going on in the world now a days my wife and I would like to share some pictures of our visit Feb 28 Mar 8 to remind you that these good times will return. We stayed at the Sonesta as we have stayed there in the past and like the Maho area and I can hang out on that beach all day long. On previous trips we have rented a car and explored the island but this time we decided to explore this area. We did take a taxi to the Marigot Market (Still trying to figure out why it cost me $20 to get there and $25 to get back). So for our travels to Simpson Bay and PBurg the bus is a great deal.So for the first time we walked to Mullet Bay (a couple of times) and spent some time on that beautiful beach. Drinks and food at one end and solitude at the other. But our favourite walk was to Simpson Bay and by the time we got to Karakter's we needed a rest and hydration. Then on the way back was the inevitably stop at the Sunset and the Driftwood (Great pizza). We also had a couple of great breakfasts at the Yacht Club and a lunch too. I did get my prime rib dinner at the Greenhouse when we explored the Pelican Key area and checked out the progress at The Flamingo where we have stayed before. For close to the resort entertainment there was trivia at the Tortuga which was fun and a few late nights at The Hole In The Wall with great music, fun times.

Thanks for sharing, love the pics, especially the ones of the Yacht Club and Karakter. We were there for 2 weeks before you and we wish we were back already!
