JetBlue had canceled our Mexico vacation before our trip April 15, 2020 at the beginning of march. I have made several attempts via phone with no success. Read here on TTOL and filed a complaint with the US DOT two weeks back. This evening I received a email from corporate JetBlue offices that I would receive a full credit to my credit card within the next seven days.
If you are owed any monies by JetBlue just fill out the online complaint form at the US DOT site and I am sure you will be happy with your results. Thank you TTOL !

You are welcome. Seems persistence (and the DOT ruling) has helped a lot of people. My dealings have been with Delta and United and both have turned out to be positive.
