Has anybody done it this way (bareboat charter)? Getting to Martinique (flights) is a lot easier than any of the other options to get to the Grenadines - not only price-wise but schedule-wise too.

BTW, anyone worked with Caribbean Emerald Yacht Charters? I guess they are brokers off St. Marteen.

I haven't done it myself but I have sailed in the grenadines many times and have always seen plenty of bareboats from Martinique. Have you checked into leAving from st lucia

Martinique to St Lucia is no great distance so doesn't add much to the sailing time... Maybe 4 hours Marin on southern Martinique to Rodney Bay, St Lucia.

So I would say it is do-able on a 10 day or longer bareboat schedule. Even 7 days if you are keen sailors.
