A 14 day quarantine for private yachts is fine but how will they handle cruise ships that are in port for one day?

These restrictions are for those who have permission to enter. Cruise ships are not on that list at this time. Most boats are already gone.

This is for the current phase 3. Cruise ships will be long after phase 5 has been in effect.

When is phase 5?

Some docs/epidemiologists in Italy say the virus is in full retreat and in some cases non-existent.

Hoping this is true and becomes true everywhere.

After phase 4. Latin American when phase 5 comes around.

I think there is great merit to this article. I believe many people are testing positive, but testing to this lesser strain of the Virus. This will fizzle out. The only thing that will keep this flu relevant is the media and their agenda. Travel safe !!
